The Client acknowledges that the value and services being promised by the Consultants are deemed delivered when the Intellectual Property is conveyed. Conveyance takes place when the Client is granted access to the program content, funnel templates, CRM system, playbooks, or live consulting sessions.

PAYMENT TERMS & CURRENCY

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, PayPal, and other payment providers.

Payment Processing & Security

We use Stripe and other PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure the security of your payment information. Our checkout process is secured with SSL encryption, and we do not store or process credit card details directly on our servers.

REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES — ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Subscription Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients and site users of thelegacyagents.com agree to submit any disputes regarding any charge to your account in writing to [email protected]

within forty-five (45) days after delivery of the product and/or service associated with such charge, otherwise such dispute is waived by you and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge.

LEGAL & EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
